MICHELE CHEVALLEY HEDGENutritionist | Health Writer | Presenter
Michele Chevalley Hedge is the owner and founder of A Healthy View and works as a nutritionist, health writer and presenter in Sydney, Australia. Michele is often introduced as the ‘modern-day nutritionist’ who loves to eat and cook, and believes ‘extremes’ do not work - real food does.
"The girls from the Northern Suburbs Netball Association representative program had the opportunity to hear Michele speak in a light yet educational way about thinking on their feet, maintaining energy levels, and building lean muscle mass. We strive to ensure that the girls take away more than netball skills each year and Michele has absolutely guaranteed that for this years program. We hope this will become a permanent feature of our program."

“Thank you Michele for educating my team of 26 guys, The Dunbar Rovers, with nutritional sport information in a fun, relaxed manner. Your advice has help to improve our physical bodies, our mental performance and our sporting wins on the field.”

The Retreats (at home and at Byron) were perfect for me! Great information, delicious food, lovely people, beautiful location. It had 'head, heart and soul' which is the perfect combination Michele brings to her work and supported me in what has been a life changing experience over the past 4 months. Coincided with finally coming out of grief and nurturing myself again. 15kgs lighter and full of energy at last. Thank you!

Students at Wenona have had the pleasure of learning from Michele Chevalley Hedge about good nutrition, and making wise lifestyle choices. Our young women are encouraged to take responsibility for their health, to use common sense in making decisions, and to be balanced in their approach to living a good life. Presented in a respectful and thoughtful manner, the nutrition sessions by Ms Chevalley Hedge are fun, lively and informative. Our girls respond well to being treated as adults, and are encouraged to ask questions that are relevant and important to them. The sessions are not overly analytical but they are based on factual information rather than folklore, and this enables our girls to modify what they eat, how much exercise they take, and how much sleep they get, according to their circumstances.

We are all busy in our jobs, but had decided it was time to look after me. After several months of a personal nutritional program these are the words that sum up my experience: energised, calm, rested, balanced, sleep better, light ( both physically and emotionally), clear eyes, stomach feels good I am really happy about the simple changes that lead to big improvements in my health.
