Michele, thank you for your wonderful presentation at the Department of Defence – MCDSPO (Mine Warfare and Clearance Diving Systems Program Office). The presentation was fun, engaging and inspirational and it got EVERYONE talking about sugar and the importance of healthy eating, which is what it’s all about… my team and I have already made changes… we have ditched the jelly bean jar and introduced the homemade protein balls for when that sugar craving hits!
Thank you again for providing this crucial information in such a personable and enjoyable way, while still being direct and “telling it how it is!
Susan HowiesonBusiness Support Manager (MCDSPO), Department of Defence
Michele presented in conjunction with AMP emphasising the role and importance of a healthy lifestyle in reducing the risk to our clients of them realising their idea of financial freedom.
It was passionate, knowledgeable and motivational. The food was excellent and dispelled many of thoughts that healthy is “boring and tasteless”
At the conclusion of an entertaining evening everyone felt inspired with a fresh approach for a healthier lifestyle.

Students at Wenona have had the pleasure of learning from Michele Chevalley Hedge about good nutrition, and making wise lifestyle choices. Our young women are encouraged to take responsibility for their health, to use common sense in making decisions, and to be balanced in their approach to living a good life. Presented in a respectful and thoughtful manner, the nutrition sessions by Ms Chevalley Hedge are fun, lively and informative. Our girls respond well to being treated as adults, and are encouraged to ask questions that are relevant and important to them. The sessions are not overly analytical but they are based on factual information rather than folklore, and this enables our girls to modify what they eat, how much exercise they take, and how much sleep they get, according to their circumstances.
