Michele is a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, (Adv. Dip of Nutritional Medicine, Australia Traditional Medicine Society) and the author of many health related articles. Michele enjoys writing from an evidence based medicine perspective to give her readers the most up to date factual information. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced when trying to incorporate good nutrition into a fast paced career given her former role in Marketing with Microsoft. She also has proven strategies to incorporate good nutrition into a fast paced family, as the mother of three teenage children and her owner of her own busy practice. She can empathise with all types! A Healthy View recently has expanded Sydney operations to open in New York, with its new online family wellness programs.
The editor of the largest health publication in Australia refers to Michele as the ‘modern day nutritional medicine practitioner’ who loves to eat and cook and instills in her clients that ‘extremes’ do not work – real food does. Wiley Publishing commissioned Michele to author Beating Sugar Addictions for Dummies which was released late December 2013.. Michele recently was honored with the request to speak at Happiness & It’s Causes with the Dalai Lama. Michele’s research in the area of mental health and nutrition was showcased at this event with her Pecha Kucha presentation on How to Eat Your Way to Happiness.
Michele enjoys speaking at large corporates as much she loves sharing nutritional knowledge to sporting teams and schools.
